An outgrowth of our successful appraisal and consulting practices, these services have developed through our relationship oriented philosophy and have typically occurred as a result of past client relationships and referrals.
We have closed more than $125 million in golf property transactions and are currently marketing several other properties.
We are licensed brokers in several states and affiliated with correspondent brokers where necessary. We have also served as marketing consultant to other brokers not as readily familiar with golf courses as GPA.
Our philosophy includes a comprehensive but low key approach utilizing relationships and networking rather than bold media advertising to ensure minimal disruption during the marketing period and a smooth transition of ownership upon sale.
